A few updates on training as we near the end of the summer season:
Track and Field Athletes will have a two week break from training on the 18th / 20th and 25th / 27th September.
The last training session will be on the 13th September.
The winter training will start on Monday 2nd October with Junior training in the table tennis centre from 6pm – 7pm. Seniors indoor training is from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.
Track training is from 7:00pm to 8:3opm on Wednesdays
Cross Country training has now started at Belmont Tower on Five Gates Lane. Meet at the car park at 8:55a.m. on Sunday mornings for a gentle start to the Cross country season!
