A few updates on training as we near the end of the summer season:
Track and Field athletes will have a two-week break from training on the 18th / 20th and 25th / 27th September.
The last training session will be on the 13th September.
The winter training will start on Monday 2nd October with Junior training in the table tennis centre from 6 pm – 7 pm. Seniors indoor training is from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
Track training is from 7:00 pm to 8:3o pm on Wednesdays
Cross-country training has now started at Belmont Tower on Five Gates Lane. Meet at the car park at 8:55 am on Sunday mornings for a gentle start to the cross-country season!
