XC Summary & Event Timetable

There’s been a lot of XC posts recently, so this one is an attempt to summarise the latest news and give you a timetable and links for upcoming events (all in the calendar in the sidebar too).

North Mids XC match at Shipley Country Park

Well done to everyone that took part at North Mids XC match at Shipley Country Park last Saturday! The course was more than a little muddy, so hard going for all the runners.

Tom Broadley achieved 7th place in the U11 boys, while Will Tucker and George Hatton came 40th and 79th in the Men’s event (8th and 16th in the U20 group)  respectively, while Harry Denton came in 17th place in the U15 Boys.

Lincolnshire Runner Cross Country League

Match 4 of the Lincolnshire Runner Cross Country League has had to be postponed until next year. More details will be posted as and when we have them.

Lincolnshire XC County Championships

Sun 6/01/19, Biscathorpe, Louth, LN11 9RA

These championships will be used for selection to the 1029 Intercounties XC Championship (U13 and upwards) and are the highest level of team competition below international level! XC Captain Mark Tucker would like to submit a club entry before Friday, 21st Dec, so please get in touch with Mark to get registered and pay your £3.50 entry fee.

North Mids XC Match 4

Sat 12/01/19, Wollaton Park, Nottingham, NG8 2AE

The match takes place in the picturesque Wollaton Park, Nottingham (map here). Entries to Mark Tucker ASAP. Full details are available from http://www.northmidsxcleague.co.uk/
