Just a reminder that training will resume from tomorrow – indoor on Mon. 07/01/19 and outdoor on Wed. 09/01/18 – details below.
Due to coach availability over the next few months, there will be some changes to our training programme. We are working to ensure that there is as little disruption as possible, but we appreciate your understanding in the meantime. Friday evening XC training in Wyndham Park and Sunday morning XC training at Bellmount Tower is cancelled until further notice.
At Wednesday training at the Stadium, endurance and sprint training are expected to continue as usual, but field events may have to be limited to two disciplines a week, which will be rotated to ensure all throws are covered. On Wednesday, it will be Shot and Discus. The long jump offer will be limited due to reduced coaching capacity.
