Great Marathon Performance

Ben Allen had a brilliant run in near perfect conditions in the Manchester marathon and finished well inside the psychological 3 hour barrier in a time 2:56:46. Well done Ben – a brilliant run. This is our second sub 3 hour run in two years after Adam Madge’s performance last year.
