Xmas Eve Runs

Each Christmas the Club's road runners embark on their traditional run to a carefully chosen destination.
During the year the Xmas eve run committee meet frequently to choose a suitable pub using the following criteria: * It must sell real ale, * It must sell food. * It mustn't have loud music. * Hopefully it will have a real fire. The date chosen for the Xmas eve run has spookily fallen on the 24th December each year!

The 2009 run attracted 16 runners over a snowy and ice covered 14 mile x/c route (which took just under 3 hours to complete).
