Grantham Athletic Club members performed well at the Run2U Clumber Park 10k Trail Race and fun run on Sunday 10th June, near Worksop. Weather was perfect for running; cloudy and about 15 degrees.

Nine-year-old Grace Marshall was the second under 17 girl home during the 2 km fun run, and was awarded with a trophy for her efforts. Competing in his first 10k race, 15-year-old Rori Rodell achieved a terrific time of 41:29 to come in 26th place while Kate Marshall knocked a substantial three and a half minutes off her previous time for a personal best of 01:01:53, coming in as the 136th woman home. A great effort by all!
