Dave Eldridge would like to hear from anyone that is able to give up a few hours to help support him at Sportshall next Saturday, 30th Nov between 10:30-15:00. This is really great event for giving younger athletes their first experiences of competitive track and field and your support in helping it go smoothly would be greatly appreciated. No special knowledge is required and training and direction will be given as necessary. Please let Dave know at training or by email.
